Pacific Packaging Service was founded by Bernie Welk in July of 1997. After working as a Sales Representative for a large, national box manufacturer for eight years, Bernie left the corporate world and started working on his own as a packaging broker and distributor.  Having grown tired of the corporate jargon and clichés that are so often published in corporate mission statements and brochures, his desire was to build a company that would simply provide customers with excellent service, honesty, and quality packaging from reliable manufacturers. Although the company’s primary customer base is located in Southern California, over the years the business has grown to include customers as far away as South Carolina and Florida as well as the Island of Hawaii.
